Sally has been supportive of Gateway since its inception. As a parent of a Gateway graduate, class of 2010, she was instrumental in getting our program off the ground from the beginning! Sally Joined the Gateway Academy as an employee in 2015. She comes to us with an eclectic array of experiences. She attended the University of Southern Mississippi and has been married to her high school sweetheart for 39 years. Sally worked as a coordinator in the Children’s Ministry for 10 years and held many offices within the church and various organizations. She ran a home-based business and was very involved in the Boy Scouts and Girls Scouts of America. She also served the Joy School in Houston for 4 years as an administrative assistant.

She and her husband raised their 3 children, Tyler, Meghan, and Matthew, while her husband Doug served as an International drilling manager. They are blessed to have two wonderful daughters-in-law and four grandchildren. She and Doug are the proud parents of two Eagle Scouts and a Girl Scout Gold Award recipient. She has traveled extensively and has lived internationally with the oil industry. Sally loves her work and feels it is a calling.
